Job Description
- Receiving of out order equipment by phone calls, e-mails, or calling system.
- Open the work orders on the CMMS system.
- Follow up monthly PM plan, inform companies and branches about pm date.
- Follow up Service Contracts renewal
- Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
- Follow up the repairing of equipment and give a daily report to the Manager.
- Keep track of the daily work of the team.
- Data entry and filing work orders and job sheets data.
- Answer incoming telephone calls from inside or outside.
- Receiving and directing visitors.
- Sending and receiving department faxes and emails.
- Keep work diaries.
- Entering and filing PM and calibration data.
- Preparing monthly KPIs.
- Follow up invoices
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Min 5 years experience
- Good command of English
- Very good in Excel, Word, Powerpoint
