Job Description

  • Receiving of out order equipment by phone calls, e-mails, or calling system.
  • Open the work orders on the CMMS system.
  • Follow up monthly PM plan, inform companies and branches about pm date.
  • Follow up Service Contracts renewal 
  • Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports 
  • Follow up the repairing of equipment and give a daily report to the Manager.
  • Keep track of the daily work of the team.
  • Data entry and filing work orders and job sheets data.
  • Answer incoming telephone calls from inside or outside.
  • Receiving and directing visitors.
  • Sending and receiving department faxes and emails.
  • Keep work diaries.
  • Entering and filing PM and calibration data.
  • Preparing monthly KPIs.
  • Follow up invoices

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Min 5 years experience
  • Good command of English
  • Very good in Excel, Word, Powerpoint
