As we continue to grow, we're on the lookout for a talented Interior Designer to join our team of go-getters.Our primary goal is to enhance the interior aesthetics of our hotels and other projects in alignment with the standards outlined in the brand management agreement. We also aim to create a harmonious and welcoming environment that resonates with our brand identity.
Your Role’s Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualization and Design Creation:
*Develop and execute innovative and aesthetically pleasing interior design concepts for various projects within hospitality sectors among others.
*Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure designs align with the brand identity, operational requirements, and guest experience standards.
*Liaise with technical team the end-to end project management of interior design initiatives, from conceptualization to implementation.
*Coordinate with external design firms, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
Brand Integration:
*Integrate and enhance the company's brand identity within the interior design of managed projects.
*Ensure consistency in design elements across various projects to reinforce brand recognition.
Budget Oversight:
*Work closely with project managers and financial teams to develop and adhere to project budgets.
*Identify cost-effective design solutions without compromising quality and guest experience.
Trend Analysis and Innovation:
*Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations in interior design, ensuring that managed projects remain at the forefront of design aesthetics.
*Introduce innovative design elements that elevate the overall experience.
Collaboration and Communication:
*Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and project management, to ensure alignment with business goals.
*Communicate design concepts and rationale clearly to non-design stakeholders.
Quality Assurance:
*Establish and maintain rigorous quality standards for interior design elements to enhance the overall quality of guest spaces.
*Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure design implementation aligns with approved plans.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- Proven experience as an interior designer, preferably with a focus on hospitality projects.
- Proficiency in design software and tools.
- Strong knowledge of interior design trends, materials, and furnishings.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative and innovative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
