Job Description
- Reviewing and approving payments before disbursing them from the site's safe
- Take a review of contracts and other types of agreements in terms of organization, financial terms, and company policies
- Reviewing the public accounts, banks and suppliers' accounts to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions.
- Ensure compliance with regulation and oversight by examining and analyzing records, reports, operating practices and documentation
- Recommending opportunities to strengthen the internal control structure and to make changes in the company's internal accounting system and procedures to enhance the financial control systems and in line with international accounting standards. This is done by reviewing the company's financial policies and procedures and proposing amendments in the event that gaps are discovered in the applied procedures or policies.
- Emphasis on the accuracy of accounting entries and the transfer of balances by analyzing the work of periodic reports or as needed and discussing them with the manager.
- According to the inventory plan and in coordination with his line manager, he carries out snap counting to ensure that the treasurers follow the company's exchange regulations.
- In addition to making the necessary reports and submitting them to his direct manager
- Check assets and liabilities by comparing items to documents
- Prepare special financial reports and analyzes as needed to assist in making decisions
