Job Description
• Operational Support: Execute all operational processes required for client support, record data
in CRM for both new and existing clients and develop and implement work plans for new
projects.
• Customer Queries and Complaints: Respond to customer inquiries and complaints according to
internal regulations.
• Maintenance and Support Contracts: Perform tasks related to maintenance and support
contracts as assigned by the direct manager.
• Customer Call Management: Schedule and log customer calls, follow operational procedures,
and extract periodic reports for clients using CRM.
Job Requirements
• Strong understanding of POS and ERP systems and operational procedures.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
