Job Description

  • Receiving Inbound call or ticket escalated from Customers.
  • Actively Outbound call,  send email and receiving email.
  • Fastly interact with the customer.
  • Obtain details of customer complaints and provide information as needed.
  • Keep a record of complaint details and interactions and correspondence with Customer.
  • Discuss the result of investigation with Customer.
