Job Description

  • Devise and update organizational structure as per the requirements and the company top management
  • Job analysis and job description creation and regular updating
  • Identification of job specifications and updating when required
  • Job evaluation and grading creation and regular updating
  • Salary structure creation, analysis and periodical revision
  • Advise the recruitment specialist on the best offer for candidates
  • Performance management system execution and evaluation
  • Devise KPIs with managers and data gathering and reporting
  • Partner with managers for the execution and follow up of the performance appraisal sessions according to the predefined schedule and policy
  • Recommend improvements to the performance appraisal system and its policy as per the feedback upon application
  • Participate in competency modeling and update of performance management system
  • Follow up on execution and updating of the company policies and standard procedures
  • Facilitate and act as advisor on the areas under his/her responsibility to help managers understand and better implement performance management system, policies and procedure, job descriptions updating and creation…. etc
  • Succession planning, execution and follow up
  • Participate in training plan creation and execution and suggest improvements
  • Perform and follow up on additional tasks and responsibilities relevant to the role as required

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Law or any similar discipline
  • Minimum 6 months experience in HR
  • Age: maximum 32 years old
  • Good knowledge in labor law.
  • Very good English skills (written, spoken, reading and writing)
  • Excellent Microsoft skills (esp. Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
  • Communication and leadership skills.
  • Presentable and creative.
