Job Description
- BizzTales is looking for an experienced Writer to produce highly engaging content that will help our customers get business value out of our products so we expect from you to:
- Develops story ideas, researches and writes for web projects, Works with designers to develop photos and art to accompany copy. Coordinates the creation of content and communication materials at the project level. Produces social media copy for relevant posts.
- Provides editorial support to all BizzTales team projects as required. Edits and proofreads copy for web and social Media. Write new content in the style that is most suitable for the audience; copy edit for voice, tone, and accuracy.
- Proactively reviewing content at every stage of the creative process, recommending improvements to user interface copy, calls to action, and site design.
- Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone)
- Research different industries-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies) to create unique and appealing content
Job Requirements
- Expert skill at writing professional-toned, engaging and persuasive content for web and social media.
- A strong grasp of grammar, punctuation, style, and copyediting rules.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or a similar field.
- Thorough research and fact verification skills
- Thorough skills to write clear, lively, engaging and compelling copy in a variety of styles appropriate to target audiences and/or the broader public
- Thorough analytical and critical thinking skills
- Knowledge of digital content management platforms
- Comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of case study writing
- Excellent teamwork, interpersonal communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously under deadline
- Ability to discover and compose compelling stories that not only convey but also humanize institutional messages and priorities through powerful narrative.
- Ability to perform accurately in a detail-oriented environment
- Ability to handle multiple work priorities, organize and plan work and projects
- Able to work independently and be a self-starter, prioritize, multitask, and perform under pressure
