Job Description
- Welcoming customers to the Company and provide an exceptional customer service experience and notifies the personnel with the visitors' arrival
- Recording customers' concerns and passing them on to the correct contact person
- Ensuring that customers are called back and that follow-up contacts are made
- Taking care of customers who are waiting
- Assist in conducting administrative tasks like printing, giving the applicants' applications, answering incoming calls
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- 1 : 3 years of experience as a receptionist or customer service
- Extensive experience of dealing with customers
- Fluent English
- Presentable
- Excellent computer skills
