Job Description
- Greet, welcome, direct company’s visitors and announcing them properly
- Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
- Reflect excellent company image
- Handling difficult or unwanted visitors in a professional way
- Distributing mail and faxes, messages to the appropriate parties.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, organizing, faxing etc.
- Willing to work from 9:00 am – 6:00 pm, Friday off and Saturday rotating shifts

- Bachelor degree in business or any relevant education
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a corporate environment
- Presentable and punctual
- Max age is 28 years
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent English (Spoken & Written)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (MS Word & MS Excel)
- Pleasant personality yet professional
- Well organized, and multi-tasker
