Job Description

  • Greet, welcome, direct company’s visitors and announcing them properly
  • Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
  • Reflect excellent company image
  • Handling difficult or unwanted visitors in a professional way
  • Distributing mail and faxes, messages to the appropriate parties.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, organizing, faxing etc.
  • Willing to work from 9:00 am – 6:00 pm, Friday off and Saturday rotating shifts

  • Bachelor degree in business or any relevant education 
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a corporate environment
  • Presentable and punctual 
  • Max age is 28 years
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent English (Spoken & Written)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (MS Word & MS Excel)
  • Pleasant personality yet professional 
  • Well organized, and multi-tasker
