Job Description
- Preparing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Identifying and resolving workflow issues.
- Ensuring that standards and safety regulations are observed.
- Documenting quality assurance activities and creating audit reports.
- Making recommendations for improvement.
- Conducting Quality audits as per the QA schedule.
- Ensure the Non-compliances closure by the defined due dates and escalate when necessary.
- Collect , validate and store the measurement data for all procedures.
- Review, assess, edit, and approve change control documentation to ensure compliance with quality, regulatory and SOP requirements.
- Monitor and communicate metrics and trend reports to management.
- Interpret compliance and regulatory requirements for incorporation into departmental systems, procedures, and documentation.
- Assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met
- setting customer service standards
- investigating and setting standards for quality and health and safety
- Provide accurate analysis and reports on the effectiveness of school
- To ensure that there are effective and integrated quality management processes and procedures in place across the school and that these are followed by departments and faculty staff and in collaborative teaching partnerships.
- To play a lead role in the initiation, development and implementation of major institutional projects and reviews.
- To play a lead role for the school in maintaining and developing relationships with the ISO accreditation bodies
- To provide advice and guidance to managers in order to protect quality and standards and the school’s good name and reputation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree.
- ISO/TQM certificate
- Excellent communication skills.
- Very Good knowledge of English language (Written and spoken).
- Strong organizational skills
- Customer focus
- Previous experience in educational institutions is preferred (international schools, universities, etc.)
