Job Description
- Attending customer’s inquiries by fulfilling their requirements, solve their problems, follow up their cases, and update them.
- Provide excellent customer service for customers as per Aramex CS standards
- Facilitate the flow of information horizontally and vertically
- Prepare clearance Documents and handle them with brokers
- Get updates from MTS website and post it on our system
- Data entry for certificate on MTS application (New customs system)
- Handle e-mail requests
- Follow up on running shipments
- Daily Follow up on brokers to make sure they met their KPIs
- Send daily report to Gateway manager and concern team
- Supports operation of help desk and serves as focal point for customer concerns
Job Requirements
- Customer Service Experience (1-2) years
- Bachelor degree Holder ( Business Administration or Logistics/ Supply chain Major Preferably)
- Customer-oriented
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Problem Solver
- English Language Fluency
