Perform troubleshoot and resolve complicated communication network systems.
Provide technical support to company and assist in proper usage of computer networks.
Supervise software installation tools, improve and update software package.
Coordinate with management board to formulate budgetary plans and ensure upkeep of equipment has and write RFP.
Ensure compliance to all computer application process and related programs.
Maintain IT based technology and recommend improvement to technological devices.
Train workers and perform proper assessment tests on it.
Monitor and manage the network performance, security reliability, and accessibility; develop, enforce and maintain network security policies and practices; monitor LAN and WAN bandwidth and performance.
Supervise and direct the maintenance of the organization's wide area network.
Communicate official networking information technology plans, policies, and procedures to staff, vendors, and customers.
Configure users, install, and configure administrative applications on the wide area network.
Ability to monitor the VMware platform and Veeam software backup solution

Proven experience in a network administrator role
Hands on experience in networking, routing and switching
Excellent knowledge of best practices around management, control, and monitoring of server infrastructure
Experience with firewalls, Internet VPN’s remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution is desired
Ability to set up and configure server hardware
Familiarity with backup and recovery software and methodologies
Great at organizing, prioritizing and multitasking
Juniper, Cisco, CWNA or BCNE training
BSc degree in Computer Science or related field
