You're passionate about bringing ideas to life through technology. You're an experienced developer with a passion for delivering solutions to clients and have a strong working knowledge of user experience, testing, and search engine optimization. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide development expertise to a cross-disciplinary, and geographically diverse team, to ensure that the development needs are balanced with other competing priorities
- Leverage user experience and design assets to develop and maintain websites and online applications
- Work with a cross-functional, full-stack development team to build cross-platform, responsive, high-performing web applications, responsible for both back-end and front-end development
- Establish and guide our platform architecture as well as design and develop new features and functionality
- Bring innovative ideas to the table to help make our environment and processes better
- Be constantly experimenting and innovating
Job Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of website development experience in a team environment
- Experience developing user-friendly, responsive and appealing websites following modern development standards and workflows
- Expertise in rendering page designs (Photoshop, Sketch, Figma or InVision) into responsive web pages (HTML, Bootstrap, CSS, Design Systems, and JavaScript)
- Experience in debugging and performance optimizations.
- Understanding of semantic markup and experience with accessibility standards such as WCAG and ADA
- Experience with cross-platform and cross-browser testing and being able to work closely with quality control engineers
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
- Leadership experience including mentoring other developers, performing code reviews, and facilitating collaboration between team members
- Experience building Web Applications in Angular2+
- Experience building APIs using Node.js
- Experience integrating front-end and backend through REST API interface and GraphQL.
- Experience integrating with third-party APIs, e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Google, Stripe...etc.
- Good knowledge of CI/CD concepts and implementations.
- Good understanding and experience developing applications using concepts such as OOP, DI, and IOC.
- Experience with source control management systems ( Git ).
- Experience in database development, with Database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
