Job Description
- Periodically audit all files.
- Coordinate all correspondence, to ensure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are distributed to the appropriate staff, contractors, and suppliers as applicable.
- Maintain and file the documents, drawings, correspondence, reports, submittals, minutes of meetings, requests-for-information, and all project documents.
- Copy, scan and save documents.
- File documents in both hard copy and soft copy records.
- Log document and help retrieve documents as needed for the engineers.
- Preparing analytical reports as needed.
- Communicating with suppliers and contractors as needed.
- Writing minutes of meeting in professional format.
