Job Description
- A Project Manager defines the requirements of the project, builds the project team, lays out a blueprint for the whole project including the project scope and parameters, clearly communicates the goals of the project to the team; the targets to be achieved, allots budget to the various tasks to be completed, and ensures that the expectations of the Stakeholders are met through timely completion of the project.
Job Description:
- Creates and maintains project plans that communicate tasks, milestone dates, risks, status, and resource allocation to project stakeholders.
- Ultimately responsible for delivery of these projects within schedule, budget, functionality, and quality for any projects within the Design and Development departments.
- Develops project objectives/charter by reviewing project proposals or other information; conferring with management and other project stakeholders as appropriate.
- Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates.
- Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; assigning personnel to phases and elements.
- Ensuring resource availability and allocation.
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Enhancing the internal project process.

Job Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience in back-end and front-end development, including web applications using Node.js and Angular.
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design is strongly preferred. Understanding of the entire web development process, including design, development, and deployment is necessary.
- Experience in establishing and guiding the website or web applications architecture is a must.
- Experience with microservice architecture is a plus.
- Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Willing to learn new technologies and to apply them independently.
- An open, flexible, team-oriented personality, with good communication skills.
- A high standard of written and spoken English.
- A strong understanding of using tools like gulp or grunt is a plus.
- Comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome inspector, etc.
- Ability to understand CSS changes and their ramifications to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers.
- Participate in planning for software development projects, and ensure projects are concluded according to the planned delivery dates.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
