Job Description
- Coordinate electrical drawings with architectural, structural and mechanical design drawings.
- Compare contractors’ offers and select the best offer technically and financially
- Perform site visits to supervise and monitor work progress, ensure quality and solve problems
- Monitor work completion according to time schedule, budget and contract terms and conditions
- Ensure work compliance with safety standards, codes, specs and method of installment
- Provide technical advice for value engineering
- Revise and approve payments documents as per contract terms
- Evaluate contractors’ performance according to contract terms and conditions
- Review and approve As-built drawings
- Archive documents and catalogues related to electrical works for each project
- Prepare reports of preliminary handing over and related documents
- Follow up with operator during warranty period till final hand over
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree of Electrical Engineering
- 6-8 Years of relevant professional, preferred MEP experience.
- Experience in Revit & BIM is a must.
- In addition to some experience in site supervision
- Technical Office skills like design review, technical evaluation for materials, value engineering & shop drawings review .
- Ability to lead, coordinate, and manage a large, complex team from multiple organizations.
- Residential, commercial and office building electrical works
- General & detailed knowledge about all Electrical works
- National/international codes and specs awareness
