Job Description
- Report sales needs and field intelligence to Trade Marketing Manager and commercial / marketing teams
- Responsible for setting the strategy for the GTM in both TT and MT Set and monitor the Targets for the leading KPIs in MT (SoS/Planogram/MSL/OSA/SoL)
- Set and monitor the MSL Compliance per channel with activation programs to increase the compliance
- Responsible for the Promo Menu/ Allocation by Cluster/ Volumes and ROI
- Responsible for trade drives per channel, customer rebates and loyalty programs
- Manage the Merchandisers KPIs and ensure we pay for performance
- Track Promo Compliance per channel
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant fields
- Prefer be beverages Field
- A minimum of 5 years experience
- Fluency in English is must
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- Efficiently able to work individually and in a team
- Strong selling and customer relation building skills
