Job Description
- Coordinates the storage and movement of final products, raw materials and packaging materials in the shipping/receiving area and the warehouse
- Manages the warehouse by organizing floor space, adhering to storage design principles, recommending improvements
- Verifies the availability of raw materials and packaging materials for production needs and timely informs the Logistics Manager in case of shortage
- Organizes and manages shipments, makes arrangements with the carriers, produces and collects the related documentation (e.g. picking lists, shipments cost documents, etc.,)
- Records goods entry
- Participates in the periodic physical inventory
- Ensures warehouse equipment is fully operative, requesting preventive maintenance and organizing repairs
- Organizes and supervises the activities of the warehouse team, trains new staff and supervises safety aspects in the warehouse
- Manages all waste produced by the plant, organizing all related activities with carriers and waste treatment plants.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in warehouses of similar industry.
- Bachelor/ Diploma degree.
- English language awareness.
- Age not less than 28 years.
- No military obligation.
- Lives in 6th of October city or nearby.
- Forklift driving is mandatory
