Job Description
- Responsible for new implementations, addition of features, and other activities while ensuring continuous improving systems, and maintaining long and prosperous relationships with our clients.
- Gathering and analyzing clients’ requirements
- Translating underlying business needs and delivering the requirements to the ‘’development’’ team
- Designing system’s non-technical configuration and custom reporting for clients.
- Resources management planning for multiple clients.
- Troubleshoot and performing root cause analysis of problems.
- Having regular – as need be - contact with the clients throughout the project life cycle.
- Responsible for user acceptance testing, followed by go-live planning and guidance after go-live.
- Gathering feedback from end users to identify opportunities for improvement
- Working with Human Resources staff to on the manpower plan and in accordingly interviewing and selecting appropriate employees.
- Managing the team, maintaining employee work schedules and assuring efficient tasks assignments, and progress follow up.
- Coaching, mentoring, setting objective, appraising and developing staff
- Senior management reporting
- Collaborating with various cross functional teams to improve products and knowledge.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience working on the IT sector either on vendor side or clients side (Financial business, banks, Microfinance & Mortgage companies, etc)
- Previous experience in managing a team is a must.
- Experience in projects’ analysis, testing and user acceptance
- Excellent communication, problem solving and analytical skills
- Customer , quality and result oriented
- Excellent English speaking and business writing
- PC proficiency , and excellent command of PowerPoint , data analysis charts preparation and possessing confident presentation skills
