Our client is a pioneering organization in the Oil & Gas industry, with a strong presence in Abu Dhabi and the wider region., offering extensive trading services and support to diverse sectors such as Maritime, Construction, and Oil & Gas. As an ISO-certified supplier of oilfield and industrial equipment, they specialize in a diverse range of products and services. This includes but is not limited to ropes, lifting equipment, overhead cranes and accessories, marine fenders, general marine equipment, offshore fluid transfer systems, specialized personnel safety products, pipe support systems, fiber structural products, and comprehensive well engineering services tailored to the oil and gas drilling industry.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Assistant with experience in ADNOC Ariba to join our client's team in Abu Dhabi. As an Admin Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the administrative and procurement functions within the organization, specifically in relation to ADNOC Ariba.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Procurement department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to process and track purchase orders and invoices using ADNOC Ariba.
- Assist in the management of documentation, including contracts, reports, and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of procurement transactions.
- Prepare and update reports as required by the team.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, and assist in the scheduling of relevant activities.
- Assist with general office tasks, such as answering phone calls, handling emails, and greeting visitors.
- Support in organizing and maintaining files, both in physical and electronic formats.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the efficiency of administrative processes.
- Assist in other administrative and HR tasks as needed to support the overall operations of the organization.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the management.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a similar industry or field.
- Familiarity and experience with ADNOC Ariba is a must.
- Fluency in the Arabic Language is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly reliable and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Knowledge of the Oil & Gas industry is a plus.

Timings: Monday to Friday | 08.00 AM to 05.00 PM
