Job Description
- Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes.
- Maintains the company quality control policies and programs to ensure the final product meets the agreed specifications by the company and the customer; ensures regular compliance with these policies and manuals.
- Manage the monitoring, measurement, and review of internal processes, especially those that affect the quality of the organization’s products.
- To verify production schedule and product specifications by ensuring that produced coating & printing sheets are according to standards and customers’ requirements.
- To check the quality of raw materials used in the production.
- To inspect all in-process & final product as per specification provided.
- Compare color, shape, texture, or grade of product or material with color chart or approved sample from customer to ensure consistency.
- Formulate procedures to inspect and report quality assurance issues.
- Report all malfunctions to production executives to ensure immediate action
- Keep Record of non conformance finding in Production.
Job Requirements
- Engineering Background, with previous 8-10 years of experience in Quality Control in manufacturing companies.
- Certifications in Quality Management /ISO/…..
- Exposed to printing and coating production lines .
- Background in offset printing machines/paper printing /…
- Very Good in English.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- In-depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards.A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach.
- Working with Labors & Technicians with fair & firm personality.
- Excellent MS Office user .
