About the Job
- Finding potential opportunities to enter into mega construction projects
- Establishing strong and long-term partnerships in the field of contracting
- Proactively identifies prospects, building and maintaining a pipeline to grow partnerships.
- Develop and update databases of donors including individual, corporate, and agencies with contacts and focus/preferences.
- Support in driving a relationship management program to support partners and Government agencies.
- Works within a retention and acquisition plan building new relationships through a series of personal visits, meetings, events and follow up practices.
- Prepare needed materials related to business development activities including MOUs, proposals, profile, videos, presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to grow channels according to company strategy.
- Continually improve the company’s partnership practice, grow its portfolio of partners, create go-to-market plans, drive expansion opportunities, and manage and grow the partnership.
- Assist in developing partner networks and strategic partnerships in the Egypt and overseas.
- Assist in developing and implementing a partnership strategy
- Coordinate the management of ongoing relationships with existing partners and where relevant, leverage those relationships to greater collective impact and incremental value.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned from upper Management.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales in Construction field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Must own a car
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
