Job Description

  • WorldPosta looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated who can join our team in Egypt as an IT Customer Support, You will be responsible for maintaining good customer relationships.
  • About The Job: An effective IT Customer Support must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting Cloud and Software solutions and services over the phone or mail as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.

Responsibilities:

  • Consistently make a good first impression when answering customers
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback from customers
  • Meet company expectations for excellent customer service and customer satisfaction
  • Provide information regarding service in an engaging manner
  • Maintain a friendly, professional tone at all times
  • Clarifies roles and responsibilities and sets task/deliverable/performance expectations for resources.
  • Resolves resourcing and inter-personal conflicts negotiate changes to resourcing and ensure knowledge is shared amongst team members so that project objectives and deliverables are met.
  • Proactively identifies potential risk events and issues before they occur so that proper mitigating strategies can be developed.
  • Articulates and prioritizes issues and risks to senior management levels and recommends mitigation strategies for decision-makers.
  • Manage the communication with the technical teams in line with the constrained
  • Troubleshoot software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing the impact of issues
  • Provide documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure

Job Requirements

  • System administration and IT certifications in Linux, Microsoft, or other network-related fields are a plus!
  • Working knowledge of virtualization, VMWare, or equivalent
  • Maximum age 28 years old
  • Excellent knowledge of English- Fluency is a must!
  • Previous experience in dealing with European or International customers
  • Proven experience as a Technical Support or Support Engineer.
  • IT Experience or background is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree is a must- No undergraduates!
  • 2 years’ experience as a Technical Support.
