Job Description
- Provide customers - via direct interface, phone or e-mail with all information inquired by them.
- Reserve tickets and align with time limits policies.
- Receive and handle customers’ complaints and communicate with concerned related parties to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Mediate between customers and Air Arabia Head Quarter.
Job Requirements
- Relevant University degree.
- Experience in ticketing reservation - same Airline will be an asset.
- Good English Language Level (writing –understanding).
- Excellent communication skills, excellent Presentation skills and excellent customer focus attitude.
