Job Description
- Counting quantities for business items.
- Preparing business line assessments for projects.
- Follow-up of subcontractors' business data and business receipt documents.
- Subcontractor extracts work.
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation.
- Write reports.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineer.
- Experience from 3 to 5.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and the ability to learn how to use specialist software.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and develop relationships.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- The ability to negotiate.
- A good working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit program.
