Job Description
- Partner across Tanmeyah depts to support the definition of new processes, policies and procedures.
- Capture and document current state processes / workflows
- Define, document and develop future state end to end processes / workflows
- Conduct gap analysis to identify, define, document and implement solutions to improve business outcomes and deliver consumer-centric solutions
- Collaborate across Stakeholders to roll-out new processes, procedures Define standard metrics to establish baselines and measure outcomes
- Assist in developing process improvement policies and infrastructure.
- Optimize or redesign process flows to meet project requirements.
- Initiate, scope and manage the delivery of projects for identified process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Proactively identify, scope and prepare business cases for opportunities to improve processes in conjunction with process owners/managers
- Monitor, develop metrics and report business process performance against accepted standards and KPI’s.
- Identify benefits realization targets and ensure these are achieved on each project
- Maintain weekly/monthly status reports to key stakeholders tracking the status of the improvement project
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or any related discipline.
- 3+ years of experience implementing process improvements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Track record of successfully working with business to implement process improvements
- Lean / Six Sigma, preferred
- Project Management experience a plus
