Job Description

  • Review manpower plan to fill any vacancy, receive and review recruitment requests from the other departments to fill their vacancies.
  • Design job ads.
  • Choose the most suitable method to talent acquisition.
  • Screen candidates'' CVs to match with the job requirements.
  • Develop pre-employment tests , selection tools and all process to enhance the quality of the new hires.
  • Responsible for conducting face to face and phone calls interviews.
  • Evaluate applicants and direct them to the next step in their interviewing process.
  • Offer the accepted applicants with the job offer and follow up preparing the required hiring documents.
  • Conduct exit interview and prepare exit interview analysis. job requirements.
  • Design and Develop Jobs Descriptions and Job Specification.
  • Assist in drafting, updating and developing Organization charts .
  • Provide needed guidance to all employees in regards of implementing SOPs.
  • Assist in implementing Performance Evaluation systems, suggest improvements and provide a sufficient feedback on the whole process.
  • Conduct employee Onboarding and Orientation sessions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in Egypt.
  • Max age is 30.
  • Residents of (New Cairo- Nasr City - Heliopolis) are preferable.
  • Experience is from 2-3 years in the same position.
  • HR certificate or diploma is a MUST.
  • Previous experience in Real Estate or Construction industries is preferable.
  • Must have experience in recruiting both of blue and white collars.
  • Previous experience with KPI's implementation is a must.
  • OD solid knowledge is Must.
  • Very good command of the English language, both writing and speaking.
  • Very good knowledge in MS (Word – Excel- Powerpoint).
  • Internet Proficiency.
  • Excellent Team Work spirit.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented skills.
  • Knowledge of hiring laws is vital.
  • Presentable.
  • Multitasking skills.
  • Very good skills in handling problems.
  • Keen to learn and get developed.
  • Relationship building, reliability and confidence skills.
