Sales Manager Required for a fast growing FMCG factory .
Responsibilities : -
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies according to company Goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team
- create detailed business plans that covers sales, revenue and expense controls
- Generate revenue while participating in the development and implementation of the strategic sales plan for modern trade
- monitor performance of sales activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team
- Assist in setting financial targets and budget development and monitoring .
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Experience +10 years.- FMCG experience is a must
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent managerial, evaluation, and reassessment experience Must own a car.
