Job Description
- Perform scheduled maintenance and preventative repairs on all electrical systems, equipment, and machinery. People in this profession also review maintenance schedules and adjust them as necessary to keep systems functioning at peak levels.
- Act quickly to make on-the-spot repairs when electrical systems and machinery malfunction.
- In charge of any electrical system must make inspections and assess potential problems. These professionals also recommend changes or upgrades to electrical systems to increase productivity and functionality.
- Responsible for supervising electrical technicians, which includes hiring and training new technician team members.
- Performs regular tests to new and existing electrical systems, equipment, and machinery, both to spot potential problems and to ensure that systems are operating at their highest possible levels of functionality
- Responsible for the implementations and monitoring of all mechanical related operations at the site as per approved drawings and methods and safety rules.
- Performs installation in accordance with the plans and specifications designed.
- Responsible for the records of the tasks, which will be the basis for troubleshooting later and may also impact the warranty claims.
- Supervises all installations of machines and equipment at site thereby ensuring fulfillment of industry standards and requirements.
- Checking the dimensions of the incoming material (rather of the sample) to ensure that the material’s dimensions are within the permissible limits.
- Up-keep and maintenance of various machines used at the site.
- Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates, and all applicable monitoring reports on a regular basis or as required.
- Ensures that all the works have done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards.
- Other duties may be required by the Project Manager.
Job Requirements
- Experience 3-5 years in same position with large construction firm
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Electrical engineering is a Must
- Highly creative with the ability to develop innovative solutions to clients' problems
- Discuss and solve complex problems with suppliers and customers
- Schedule delay Analysis
- Powerful presentation skills
- Team work and interrelating in a professional manner with others of different cultures.
