Job Description

  • Conducting interviews with clients in an appropriate manner to determine their requirements that they are looking for, break the psychological barrier with them, and build a relationship based on trust and mutual respect.
  • Communicate with existing clients and work to attract new clients to the company, either with the help of co-workers in the marketing department, or through personal selling.
  • Promote the company's units and explain the details of the design and advantages, as well as new marketing offers to existing customers and prospective.
  • Conducting market research, achieving sufficient knowledge and analyzing competing projects and the general trend of the state in urban development, in order to identify the most important gaps that It can be used in the selling process and persuading the customer, as well as in terms of pricing and providing a competitive advantage.
  • Attending external exhibitions, conferences, and promotional seminars for the units and using appropriate means of presentation to attract new customers to the institution.
  • Follow-up procedures for delivery and submission of orders and matters of negotiation (payment plan) and facilities with the sales leader / manager to solve customer problems.
  • Coordinating with the sales leader/manager to develop a plan to collect installments from new customers in accordance with the company's sales policies.
  • Ensure the payment of fees and financial payments due for the reservation of units to complete the sale process.
  • Daily recording of the opinions of existing targeted customers who are being followed up on the CRM sales program to obtain reports that serve the business.
  • Respond to customer inquiries quickly and effectively through social media and send monthly reports on the received cases and their current status.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Any other tasks assigned to him by the direct manager, according to the reasons for the work

Job Requirements

  • MUST BE ALEXANDRIA RESIDENT
  • Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson in real estate development companies or marketers that target units Class A.
  • Proven track of successful sales record
  • Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
  • Pleasant and trustworthy
  • MS Office familiarity
  • Well-organized and detail oriented
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills
  • Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
  • BSc/BA in marketing, communications or equivalent
