Main Responsibilities & Duties

  • Collect and analyze business and technical requirements for customer engagement, contact centers and digital transformation solutions
  • Prepare technical proposals, architect the solutions, conduct ROI analysis.
  • Prepare commercial estimates based on the solution designs.
  • Present and communicate offers to customers.
  • Work closely with business analysts, delivery team, sales & commercial team.

*5% to 30% Traveling required within Gulf countries.

 

Job Requirements

Summary Description:

IST Networks is seeking to fill a Solution Consultant role, will be based in Egypt and is mainly supporting Gulf and Europe regions. The intended candidate to be hired will be working along a team of sales, service, engineering and technical support resources to ensure proposed deals include technical solutions that accurately address our customers’ needs.

Job Requirements

Required Knowledge:

  • Excellent command of English is a must
  • German speaking is a plus!
  • Excellent Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Visio knowledge
  • Excellent presentation & communication skills
  • Knowledge of any major contact center platform (Cisco, Avaya, Genesys, Five9, Zendesk, Altitude, 8х8, Content Guru or similar)
  • Genesys Engage Experience is a must.
  • Knowledge of voice recording, quality management, workforce management & WFO Vendors
  • Knowledge of telecom, networking, servers, hardware, VoIP, security, cloud, virtualization on fundamental level only
  • Knowledge of artificial intelligence, conversation design, customer experience management, speech analytics, voice biometrics, knowledge management, case management, agent experience, is an advantage

Education:

BSc/BA education in technical fields (engineering, communication, automated systems).

 

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience, 4 years in presales / tech sales position with similar responsibilities
  • Experience in designing any of the following: contact centers, call centers, VoIP, customer feedback management, chatbot, digital transformation, workflow management, business process automation, data analytics
