Job Description
Job purpose
- Maintaining the machines in the facility and ensuring the fit for use.
Duties and responsibilities
- Develop and run maintenance plan for the machines
- Negotiate with production repair time to deliver repair service
- Ensuring sufficient spare parts available for any sudden breakdown.
- Retaining maintenance records
- Report to top management the reliability of the machines and instruments.
- Surveillance for daily practices and study the effect on machines

Job Requirements
- Having a bachelor degree from a recognized entity in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineer.
- Experience in the maintenance for at least 2 years.
- Leadership skills
- Presentation Skills
- Computer skill
- Organization and planning skill
- Ability to persuade
- An understanding and appreciation of other people’s work disciplines, such as engineering and science.
- Problem solving ability • Getting Machines out of Service once fault detected to show risk on product quality of human safety.
- Reporting to top management the effectiveness and reliability of machines and reliability
- Warning production department for misuse issues.
