Job Description
- To be fully accountable for the P&L(s) delivery and growth of the assigned brand/s
- To be fully accountable of OTB planning and usage to achieve brand/s commercial objectives
- To execute the brand development plan
- To review performance of the brand/s objectives and standards
- To manage delivery of optimum ongoing sales and cost performance
- To maintain & improve brand/partner stakeholder relationships
- To attend sales meetings and provide the brand/s with the best product assortment/mix
- To execute the set product and pricing strategies
- To use the brand marketing communication to achieve commercial objectives
- To provide team development and leadership for merchandisers & VMs
- To lead by example and ensure the delivery of outstanding customer service while achieving brand KPIs & sales target
Job Requirements
- 5-8 years gained in retail/brand management
- Full P&L accountability for the brand
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- Evidence of successfully developing a brand
- Proven sales, product, buying, merchandising experience
- Robust knowledge of marketing planning & executions
- Strong MS Office Knowledge with a special focus on Excel & PowerPoint
- Strong verbal & written English language skills
