Job Description

 

Key Accountabilities

Recruitment:

  • Assist in managing the quarterly and annual manpower approved plans.
  • Create and publish job ads in various portals.
  • Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events.
  • Screen resumes and job applications.
  • Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates as per the JD of each position.
  • Conduct face to face Interview for staff level and below 
  • Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.

Training:

  • Assist in identifying training needs analysis with the line manager.
  • Assist in searching for the training provider based on the training needs.
  • Assist in building annual training program and preparing training plans.
  • Seek and gather information from the trainees regarding the effectiveness of completed training courses and constantly seek to improve.
  • Track and report training metrics 

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resource or any relevant field.
  • Experience:  2 to 3 year’s relevant experience.
  • Language: Fluent Arabic and English
