Job Description
- Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and funds available for investment
- Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements
- Maintain and enhance the communication with the banks on daily basis.
- Advise management on the liquidity aspects of its short- and long-range planning
- Manage liquidity using cash pooling arrangement and bank facilities
- Provide weekly and monthly reports and analyses of company’s cash and liquidity positions.
- Manage banks balances in best way to reduce banks interest to the lowest
- Negotiate with banks to get best borrowing rates and facility
- Preparing Daily Cash Position by all currencies which covered all kinds of outflow, inflow.
- Perform cash operation activities which include but are not limited to outgoing transfers, transfers between accounts, form 4, LGs, cheques under collection, certified cheques, online banking services, exchange rates for foreign wires, and all banks corresponds.
- Perform bank reconciliation, and keep accurate records of all bank transactions.
- Establishing and improving relationships with banks to facilitate daily business.
- Review & ensure accurate recording of all cash transactions.
Job Requirements
- 10 years of professional experience in treasury 5 years of professional experience as treasury head in manufacturing entities at least
- Experience in a leadership or management position
- CTP knowledge is must.
- Has a very good rapport with banking sector.
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office) and SAP ERP is must.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
