Job Description
- Cooperate with mid-level management to create company's recruitment plan.
- Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
- Training, counseling and coaching our staff.
- Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
- Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
- Conducting performance and wage reviews and design salary scheme.
- Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
- Creating clear and concise reports.
- Giving helpful and engaging presentations.
- Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
- Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures.
- Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
- Leading a team of junior human resource managers.
Job Requirements
- Strong labor law knowledge.
- Having experience in Performance management implementation / Talent Management rollout (Succession plan ,Employees Talent Matrix)
- Experience with HR operation, Recruitment and Training.
- Strong personality who can deal with all levels of employees (Juniors and Seniors)
- Standard HR knowledge as per Role demands.
- Age : 27 to 34.
- Education: CIPD or SHRM qualified , preferred Masters Degree.
- Having at least 1 to 2 years managerial experience in Local company & Multinational companies.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
