Job Description

  • Cooperate with mid-level management to create company's recruitment plan.
  • Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
  • Training, counseling and coaching our staff.
  • Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
  • Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
  • Conducting performance and wage reviews and design salary scheme.
  • Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
  • Creating clear and concise reports.
  • Giving helpful and engaging presentations.
  • Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
  • Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures.
  • Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
  • Leading a team of junior human resource managers.

Job Requirements

  • Strong labor law knowledge.
  • Having experience in Performance management implementation / Talent Management rollout (Succession plan ,Employees Talent Matrix)
  • Experience with HR operation, Recruitment and Training.
  • Strong personality who can deal with all levels of employees (Juniors and Seniors)
  • Standard HR knowledge as per Role demands.
  • Age : 27 to 34.
  • Education: CIPD or SHRM qualified , preferred Masters Degree.
  • Having at least 1 to 2 years managerial experience in Local company & Multinational companies.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
