- Collects and analyzes business and accounting requirements
- Provides technical training to new users
- Analyzes the business process, design and implementation of business cycles and workflows
- Guides users to use the ERP software product
- Reports all issues that may affect the overall performance of the client's operations
- Assists the client with implementation issues and verification of final results
- Responds to customer inquiries regarding Software and operation problems.
- Provides updates, status, and completion information to the Direct manager.
