✳️Job Description:

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing all sales activities within their assigned region. This includes developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and leading a team of sales professionals. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

 

✳️Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key customers.
  • Manage and grow key accounts within the region.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Provide the necessary support to sales associates to enable them to generate market Customers.
  • Provide ongoing training and coaching to the sales team.
  • Follow up on cash collection and work on solving customers’ problems.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify areas for growth.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities.

Job Requirements

✳️Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • MBA specialization (Marketing, Sales, or related field) is preferred
  • Various Backgrounds in sales are welcome (Preferred in home appliances).
  • 7+ Proven work experience in a managerial role as a Regional Sales Manager OR Area Manager.
  • 15+ years of sales experience, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as required.
  • Owning a car is Must.
