Job Description

The Corporate Regional Finance Manager is responsible to oversee all financial activities. He is going to be planning, implementing, managing, and auditing the financial strategy of the organization. Additionally, The Corporate Regional Finance Manager will need to advise, consult, and lead organization profitability in association with leadership team, will analyze every day financial activities and subsequently provide advice and guidance to upper management on future financial plans.

  • DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and provide financial reports
  • Ensure consistency of application of policies and financial processes within the region
  • Develop and conduct short-term and long-range business planning and forecasting
  • Liaising with auditors for yearly reviews
  • Ensuring the timely completion of tax requirements
  • Adapting the financial plan into requesting yearly budgets and keeping track on deviations, ensuring the usage of restorative measures
  • Researching and covering factors affecting business execution and giving administration data
  • Developing detailed and accurate business plans to support the decision making and tracking of budgets
  • Cash-flow planning and monitoring, delivering long-term forecasts
  • Identifying improvement opportunities and implementing them for enhancing financial performance
  • Managing company contracts including lease agreements and Admin related partnerships
  • Reviewing and following up on the monetary dangers specifically with insurance and receivables
  • Developing strong relationships with the partners
  • Responsible for collections
  • Maintaining the financial health of the organization.
  • Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
  • Delivering regular financial reports to leadership team
  • Seek and conquer investment opportunities
  • Diversify organizational assets and capitalize profits
  • Conduct regular internal audit for organizational assets
  • Ensure proper accounting treatment is followed and monitor adherence to corporate policies and procedures 
  • Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.
  • Maintain clear and accurate records for all financial documents
  • Any ad-hoc projects as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Educational Background
  • ACCA / CPA or equivalent chartered accountant degree
  • Bachelor of Accounting or Finance Management
  • Minimum Experience :8  years
  • Languages: Very good command of English Arabic
  • Knowledge and Skills and Competencies
  • In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
  • Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. SAP, AX, etc.)
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Solid analytical thinking skills
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to strategize and solve problems
  • Proven experience as a CFO or relevant role in Multinational Companies
