Job Description

  • Identify potential corporate clients and build a robust pipeline through research and networking.
  • Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with decision-makers, including property managers, business owners, and corporate executives.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Provide regular feedback to management on market conditions.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • ⁠Stay updated on market trends to improve sales strategies.

 

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the real estate.
  • Strong understanding of real estate trends and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior B2B Sales Executive at Nasr City, Cairo 
  • Real estate experience is a must
