Job Description
- Oversees day-to-day fleet maintenance to ensure that work procedures are implemented.
- Ensures that all repairs made in the workshops are to meet safety, quality, and time
standards in a cost-effective manner. - Checks the internal and external condition of the unit after repair and make sure that all
required maintenance is carried out. - Issues Spare-part Purchase Request (PR) and Repair Request (RR).
- Follows up Technicians work and achievement plan
- Prepares various reports for the line Manager.
- Ensures that all data is recorded accurately on the company CMMS system.
- Communicates maintenance requirements to ensure maximum efficiency and implement
corrective actions as required. - Supervises technicians’ performance, Identify and provide required training and
evaluation. - Ensures that all services provided to ROMS customers meets their requirements and
satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2-3 years of experience in the same field.
- Very good Computer Skills.
- Valid Driver's License.
