Job Purpose

Major Responsibilities

 

  • To regularly update customers' database .
  • To insure proper filling (soft copy & hard copy) of all customers' related documents during all job stages (Presales & Sales).
  •  To help processing customers' PO's as per company's policy.
  • To properly help to register & update Presales & Sales Teams activities.

Job Requirements

  • Females' only
  • University degree
  • 2-5 years’ experience on admin work especially customer relation
  • Excellent user for Microsoft office programs (word, excel, power point)
  • Business writing
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong record keeping skills
  • Strong attention to details
  • Ability to work without supervision
  • Ability to handle confidential information
