Job Description
- Prepare take-off quantities for related items in the project.
- Prepare subcontractors’ invoices and make follow up for all related documents.
- Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusting budget projections accordingly.
- Procure or agree on the services of subcontractors who work on the construction of the project with El Hazek construction.
- Measure and value the work done on-site to be submitted through client invoice.
- Preparation for all data related to variation to be included in cost impact as well as follow-up on variations.
- Align with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers, and site engineers, technical office, and QC engineers.
- Quantification for project material.
- Responsible for the implementation of the HSE procedures in his area.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum Years of experience: 5 years of experience

- Auto CAD, Microsoft office suite, and General Computer using
- English Language skills: Very Good
