Job Description
- Performing requirements analysis.
- Documenting and communicating easy-to-understand user stories.
- Working with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements.
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow.
- Translate highly technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements.
- Meet and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish project scope, system goals, and requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent is preferred.
- Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation.
- Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to details.
- Excellent written skills in English
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development.
