Job Description

  • Assist with all internal and external HR related matters.
  • Responsible for Recruitment requests and the recruitment process
  • Responsible for employee relations tasks.
  • Responsible for all payroll and personnel tasks
  • Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.
  • Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
  • Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports.
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity

Job Requirements

  • 2 to 5 Years of Experience in Human Recourses field.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • Deep understanding of Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
  • Efficient HR administration and people management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
