Job Description


 

  • Monitor sales trends and develop strategies to maximize sales
  • Supervise and motivate retail staff to ensure high levels of customer service and operational excellence
  • Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and services
  • Maintain inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping
  • Ensure store policies and procedures are being followed
  • utilize agreed retail systems to manage the retail  functions, analysis, and documenting
  • direct the development of plans for operations to include management to achieve targets
  • developing plans for business progress and growth
  • support to all other departments with any related issues
  • subject to agreed criteria, recruitment, training, set action, and targets, appraise and manage performance, development, coaching, and general support of all team members and organization as a whole to ensure targets are met
  • reporting (content and format as agreed) every month as agreed
  • assist in developing plans for team and organization activities to include strategy to achieve agreed targets
  • delegate authority and responsibility to the team and organization as a whole with supervision, accountability, and review
  • manage and maintain contact with internal and external “customers”
  • set an example for team members and the organization as a whole of commitment, application of retail knowledge, work ethics and habits, and personal character
  • maintain accurate records

Job Requirements

  • Academic & professional qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.

    Experience:
    • 5-7 years of experience as a retail operation manager, with 3 years in classic suits and international brands.
    • Knowledge of international market changes, legislations, consumer behavior patterns, and participating in trade shows worldwide. · Building materials background is preferred.
    • In-depth Knowledge of customs regulations.

    Skills and Abilities:
    • Commercial Business acumen
    • Excellent Communication skills with Professional relationships 
    • Passionate and flexible to travel long distances.

    Language Proficiency:
    • Excellent in English verbal and written
