Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate with our management to fulfill hiring needs by department
- Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
- Administer compensation and benefit plans.
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise,
- Undertake tasks around performance management
- Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
- Reviewing the fingerprint device and measuring employee commitment
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying for new perks and benefits, and organizing team-building activities
Job Requirements
- 3 to 5 Years of Experience in the Human Recourses field.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- Deep understanding of Labor Law and employment equity regulations.Efficient HR administration and people management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
