Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with our management  to fulfill hiring needs by department
  • Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
  • Administer compensation and benefit plans.
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
  • Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise,
  • Undertake tasks around performance management
  • Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
  • Reviewing the fingerprint device and measuring employee commitment
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
  • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying for new perks and benefits, and organizing team-building activities
     

Job Requirements

  • 3 to 5 Years of Experience in the Human Recourses field.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • Deep understanding of Labor Law and employment equity regulations.Efficient HR administration and people management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
