Job Description
- Coordinate, finalize & submit all project schedules to the projects, engineering & procurement departments
- Work with project managers and project directors to reach the required outputs according to the predefined plan and schedule
- Prepare projects’ financial flow reports
- Ensure appropriate levels of monitoring and sharing of control information to all concerned parties
- Manage the preparation and submission of all clients' planning requirements.
- Submit periodical accurate reports to senior management, including analysis of performance progress, risks, and performance indicators, in addition to what will be done to avoid any error with its corrective actions
- Follow up and monitor the submission of drawings and contracts in terms of the planned time to ensure the correct implementation according to the schedule
- Participate in preparing and evaluating claims before submitting them
- Prepare the work plan for the planning department and its structure and modify it according to different circumstances
- Managing, evaluating, and developing the performance of the planning department’s staff
Job Requirements
- Bsc in Architecture or Civil Engineering is a must
- 18+ years of experience in a relevant position
- PMP certification is a bonus
- Sound understanding of the construction methodology and steps
- Excellent familiarity with 4D planning and incorporation of BIM methodology
- Experience in a contracting company is a must
- Demonstrable strategic thinking abilities
- Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
